Program Overview:
The Business Administration Diploma program consists of 15 courses designed to develop core business skills and knowledge. The total instructional hours for the program amount to 1,200 hours, with each course comprising 80 instructional hours.

Weekly Commitment:
Students are required to dedicate 20 hours per week to in-class instruction. Business management courses are structured to allow students to complete one course per month, progressing sequentially through the curriculum.

Program requirements

Interview Requirement:
A successful interview with RCB College’s school administration is mandatory to assess suitability for the program.
Standard Admission:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age before admission.
Alberta high school diploma, verified by transcript, or non-Alberta equivalent.

High school diplomas not from Canada must be verified by IQAS or the World Education Services Gateway Program (WES).
Completion of an academic achievement test (Wonderlic) with a minimum score of 20.

English Language Proficiency:
Applicants whose primary language is not English must meet one of the following:
Successful completion of Grade 12 Alberta Education English Language Arts, or equivalent.
Transcripts showing successful completion of at least one year (two semesters) of full-time post-secondary education in a school where English is the primary language of instruction in a recognized English-speaking country.

Achieve one of the following test scores:

Instruction Hours: Indicate that students are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of instruction per week.

Blended business administration program with both online and onsite components. You are required to attend in-person classes once a month at the campus.

70% minimum attendance is required to pass the business courses.
